A knowledgeable caring doctor

I would have liked to have known more about the heart monitor that I had for a month. You know, being the fact that I'm an older person, it was some understanding that I didn't have about it and I had to call to find out some more additional information even though I was with my daughter.

Experience was great, the problem is that you do not have adequate parking to be able to see the doctor, I had to cancel my appointment because I could not find any parking, thank goodness they were able to give me an appointment within the same month.

Good afternoon, the medical personal assistance has always been very favorable to me. They have treated me very well, excellently well. I am very grateful that everything is fine, thank God.

Parking is very difficult which makes you have to come an hour early to be on time.

The parking garage needs expanding. No spaces were available my husband had to drive in circles for 25 minutes until a space was available.

My doctors and technicians are the Best!!

She further explained how the ICD in my chest works monitoring my heart works. How its function can be modified to better track what going on with my heart. Also informed me that if the modification done are not working as desired, it may require an additional wire be added to the ICD to ensure the different chambers function properly.

Yes, one nurse in the emergency room was very nasty. I had COVID. I was in a little private room. We got into a big argument because there was an alarm ringing for over 45 minutes and she didn't want to shut it off because she had other patients. I was there for a heart problem that my defibrillator kept going off. That was my big complaint. The other complaint was your food service was terrible. All my meals were cold. They were left outside my room for up to two hours before anybody realized they were putting them on a tray next to the doorway because they didn't want to enter the room because they thought I was quarantined. Other than that, the service was good. Thank you.

Dr. Glotzer is very kind. I have a lot of trust in her and I like her very much.

The physician's office is very well run. Every person I encountered at the medical center was very courteous and helpful. Parking at the medical center, however remains challenging, and at times quite stressful.

Well, our appointment was for 9:45 and we were called in at about 10:40 and we waited 1 hour with no response. Nothing, nobody even acknowledge that we were waiting. So I was not very happy waiting almost an hour and not being told anything. That is my response. And I think that somebody could have got up and somebody could have said to me, he's running behind and the best part was we never even seen the doctor. We seen the nurse practitioner, the girl who put us in the room and get our medication and the guy who checked the pacemaker. That was it. Okay, that's it. Thank you. Bye.

Dr Glotzer and her staff make me feel very safe..

The doctor was able to bump up my appointment to an earlier time. Dr. Glotzer also explained to me in detail about my current heart condition and what I needed to do to improve it.

Dr. Glotzer provided invaluable information, education and assistance in helping me with my health problems. She was unrushed, a great listener, and was warm and friendly. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism and expertise. Most importantly she was able to diagnose and provide immediate effective treatment for my problem.

Loved the doctor, hate the place. Too big, NO SIGNAGE, no help whatsoever to get where you need to go.
