equipment within 72 hours to avoid fees. What?!?! We couldn’t get y’all on the phone when we had internet and service issues but you’re harassing us about equipment??? Your customer service is terrible and company as a whole is TRASH. @verizonfios

@VerizonSupport If there's a limit to how much we can use in a day, say so. If it's down for maintenance, say so. But obviously #FIOS is slowing down or stopping my service on a nightly BASIS between 1am & 3am.

Beware @verizonfios Customers. The VZ Fios app does not work, I attempted to cancel a payment due me already making payment and the app is not allowing me to even though I am getting payment canceled message. The last time this happened they took two payments from my acct.

I am quite tired of Xfinity's extremely poor service, but you keep sending mail, delivering ads to me online, and having your reps stop me in stores when it feels as if you've never actually tried to make FIOS accessible to me all these years. How frustrating and, frankly, shady.
